A cottage industry bakery is a small scale bakery operated from a home kitchen.
Wallflour Bakery is based in a second kitchen in my home that is used for the sole purpose of baking my custom desserts, and is free of any ingredients not commonly used in baked goods.
You can place your custom order whenever you would like, but it needs to be at least two weeks prior to your specified date.
Need them sooner? Contact us at wallflourbysydney@gmail.com. We can't always promise we can get them to you sooner, but we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Order cancellations must be placed a week in advance to receive a full refund. We cannot issue a refund if your cookies have already been baked because every order is hand-cut and baked to your specifications.
We are not responsible for any damaged desserts once desserts have been relinquished to recipient.
We cannot accept returns of food items that have already been received for sanitary reasons.

All cookies are made to order from scratch with fresh and quality ingredients, hand cut, and then baked into a soft, delicious cookie. Each cookie is decorated by hand with colored royal icing. Cookies can be made custom to desired colors.

Cookies: Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Baking Powder
Royal Icing: Powdered Sugar, Meringue Powder (Egg Based Ingredient), Vanilla Extract, Food Safe Dyes
Cookies stay fresh up to 14 days after delivery if kept in their sealed bags out of direct sunlight.
Enjoy right away for maximum freshness, or freeze until needed.
To thaw frozen cookies,
leave them sealed in their bags in a single layer on a tray until room temperature.
For extended storage of cookie decorating kits (excluding paint-your-own cookies) keep refrigerated until ready to use.
